The House of Arms is a full function 5-star apartment complex that caters to the fighters that occupy the City of Versus. They have access to all sorts of perks, from a full spa to the advanced Training Hall, which functions much like the Danger Room of X-Men fame. Each "room" has four sectioned off bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an expansive living room and kitchen. Though you don't HAVE to use the kitchen, as meals can be provided for you by the staff.

The living quarters of the staff within the House of Arms are hardly nice, but it's good enough if you're going to live where you work. The Staff cook meals, clean rooms, and provide all the other services needed to keep the House of Arms running in top shape.

The Arena is the central attraction and lifeblood of the City of Versus. Hundreds of thousands gather to watch the spectacle of the Games, and it takes a lot to keep this place running. A full staff is needed at all times to work in the Arena, so much so that, like with the House of Arms, they have to live in the building itself. There are stage hands, pyrotechical experts, camera operators, sound engineers, ticket booth workers, concession workers, custodial services, security, and all sorts of other jobs needed to keep the place functioning.

In addition to the House of Arms and the Arena, there are three other regions one can live and work in here in the City of Versus. Those are:

The Epoch Train Station - This is the residential area around the Train Station where the Interdimensional Train "Epoch" arrives and departs with arrivals to the City of Versus. The Train Station needs a staff, of course, but people living here do not necessarily need to work here. You might consider this the "suburbs" of the City of Versus.
Downtown Residential - This is a pretty posh, if expensive, place to live. Most people here work in the Entertainment District, home of the City's various eateries, bars, music venues nightclubs, and "other" establishments to keep the boredom away. Residents of this area include musicians, food service workers, dancers, "entertainers", and the like. It's expensive, but gorgeous and keeps you close to where the pulse is.
The Slums - The outskirts of the Arena aren't exactly fine living. These are exactly what they sound like.
